The response from you all was amazing and spoke a clear message: You dig reading poetry written about random strangers you’ve never met. You dig never-before-released poems in which I take someone’s story and spin it into a new poem, new words. Everyone’s life is poetic, everyone’s story worth telling, and writing these custom poems for you has proven that time and again, to me, to you, to everyone who reads them.

Today is another, and this one was written from one to another, about the circumstances of their meeting, of the way the certain numbers become talismans to certain people, how they stand up and out above the rest and represent something Bigger. Universe bigger.

Here’s to those numbers, here’s to the stories we all have inside us, around us, about us, and here’s to you trusting me to write those stories. This one has a feel, a beautiful feel, and I loved writing it, I love reading it now, all these many months removed from typing it up.
