Glad you are feeling better today. While I cannot feel your pain, I know the frustration of seeking treatments. My partner used to suffer from "brain storms" that left them wiped out for days. Ultimately, we found relief by focusing on overall brain chemistry and homeostasis (balance) rather than just treating symptoms. I think the biggest insight was the gut-brain axis. Amazingly, over 90% of serotonin, like other brain chemicals is produced in the gut. Because serotonin controls both digestion and brain blood vessels, compromised gut health disrupts this signaling, triggering a chemical chain reaction that can destabilizes blood vessels and initiates a migraine.

As to your question of the day ( unsurprisingly I didn’t answer that question on Sunday , lol) : What is something someone you love has taught you about yourself that you never would have discovered on your own? My answer is amazingly brief ( for me). What I learned over the last four decades was that I was worthy to be loved at all. This helped resolve issues of myself not being able to acknowledge and return the love I was given
