Good vibes! I guess the photo that grabbed my attention was the one with the high school graduates walking up to receive their diplomas… memories of small town commencements, and the impact to those who stay and those who don’t. Some wear dress shoes under their cap and gown, some wear flip flops.
Congrats Addie and Griffin!! I teared up a little myself at the addition of "Gregson" to her graduation name call. I know I can be quiet, but I greatly appreciate these monthly updates. The photos are GORGEOUS and I'm low key jealous your sister now has a Fuji haha. This looks like a beautiful month. If ever of interest to lighten the graduation mood, my fun fact is I gave a HHS valedictorian speech dressed as Captain Underpants.
Your quietness is NEVER a problem. Anytime you speak it carries weight, and we always appreciate it. You HAVE to get a Fuji. You would do such magic things with it. And I LOVE THAT YOU DID THE SPEECH THAT WAY!!!
We had 13 valedictorians so picked books that were meaningful for each year of school and described how the connected to us developing. We agreed to dress in costumes related to the books. Everyone else only did something small while still wearing nice graduation gear, but I went all out. Needless to say I'm pretty sure my parents were mortified
