Oversized is right! I used to be a 12 in Vans ALWAYS. Over the last year or two they started feeling tighter and tighter. Finally broke tradition and tried 13s. Yep. New size.
Life hack: Dud you know? … As people age into mid-life years, their shoe sizes often increase by a half to a full size because the ligaments and tendons in the feet lose elasticity, causing the foot arches to flatten and the feet to spread longer and wider. Unfortunately, not all parts of the body enjoy the same increase in girth as we age. Anyone over 60 knows the mistake of not planning “rest stops” to relieve themselves when traveling long distances. TMI?
