Sparks For A Brighter Life
Sometimes we just need a break. Sometimes, we just need a reprieve, an escape, a deep breath, a few more after that. Mindfulness has been a way I have been able to carve those spaces out when all else feels frantic, frenzied, and locked in a death spiral of chaos and busyness that I can’t quite catch up to.
Today I want a bit of that for you, a little oasis in the desert of holiday nonsense and frantic movement that can seem to accompany this time of year.
