4. Lean Into Idleness - We’re all too busy, a fact that we hate admitting but it’s true anyway. This article, this beautiful little article, is about leaning into idleness and becoming more comfortable doing a whole lot of nothing. How have we lost that art?

5. Grace O’Malley the Pirate Queen of Ireland - One of Sarah and I’s favorite historical figures, and someone we pay homage to every time we’re in Ireland, this is a great little primer on one of the raddest, and least known heroines in all history.

6. Stop Trying to “Earn” Food - Rad little piece on how nonsensical it is to try to “burn off” the foods we’re eating with exercise. This has the science behind the calories we all burn just being alive, and how we shouldn’t be so damn worried about “earning” foods or burning them off the moment we eat them. Just be.
