It’s September, so for those of you with kids, you’re probably feeling a weird, sorta-guilty relief that your kids are, or are about to be, back in school for the school year. Feel no shame for really digging a moment of silent peace. It’s ok. We get it. Here’s some links to ring in the new school year!

Here’s the scoop, kids:

1. Bottoms Trailer - I wanna see this. A lot I wanna. We need more cinema like this, unafraid to take chances, unafraid to be over-the-top and amazing, and to tell stories from different perspectives. Enough superhero movies, more of this. I am in. Fully.

2. 6 POWERFUL Mindset Shifts - We have to be the change we wanna see in the world, right? Someone smart said that. And, if we do wanna be that change, we have to begin with small steps towards big shifts, and these 6 mindset shifts might be really hard, (or not) but they are really worth it, and can change your entire world. I highly, highly, advise diving into these. You have everything to gain.

3. 33 Ways To Be A Better Partner - Being in a relationship is hard, don’t let anyone tell you differently. There are some ways to be better at it though, and they aren’t that revolutionary or insanely complex. Simple things, simple switches, that can change the way you and your significant other interact, love, and spend a life. I think most of these also work just as ways to be better humans, so if you’re single, fret not. Were I to add a 34th, it’d be this: Once a day, stop, sit facing each other, and just look at each other’s faces for a full minute or two. It’s weird how amazing it is.

4. Developing Mental Toughness - If there’s one thing I have seen slowing fading out as a skillset, it’s that of Grit. I think grit, hustle, mental toughness, are all things that we now need more than ever before. Shit’s hard, it has only seemed to get harder, and it doesn't look to be changing anytime soon. The ability to cultivate, practice, and enhance our own mental toughness can do wonders for the way we move through the world, the tough times, and the climate we’re currently living in. This is a cool article worth a glance.
