I love the changing of the seasons, I love the transition from one to another, I love the sensory overload that each change brings. To me, in Montana, it’s most generally not until May that it even remotely begins feeling like Spring has Sprung. We’re always a bit behind here, always have been.
To the Springing comes that onslaught of sensory sensations. I realized today, more than almost any other sense when it comes to Spring, the sense of Taste kinda takes a backseat. We always think of the birds we hear, the flowers we smell, the blossoming we see, but not really taste, not that often.
Today, we’re changing that. Let’s do this…
