Dear friends, apologies for the slightly delayed The Matchbook post today! Once again, all day yesterday (thanks to a delightful pressure change that made me miss my favorite weather of rainy and foggy) I was laid up with a migraine. I made it through, still a bit out of it now, but it just wouldn’t let me get today’s post out at the usual time. Alas, here we are!

Back by popular demand is another installment of Worry Knott: the advice column you never knew you needed. Weirdly, Substack ranks your “most popular” posts, and I’m guessing they do it based on comments and likes (who uses LIKES anymore?) and some of my most popular, most engaged posts over the last few years have been these Worry Knott columns. Rad.
