I believe that when we really learn to celebrate our myriad diversity - each of us wholly committed to our authenticity having done the work to self-realize - then our culture will reverberate with harmony and peace, because when we learn to embrace our higher Self, there is only awareness that we are all one. Oh man. Iā€™m feeling this so hard right now. Some days lately feel so incredibly bleak and dark. I feel so disconnected from everything and everyone. And all I want is to be connected.

Generally, I am a person that loves and needs solitude. And loads of it. More than most. However, this last year has been too much. Even for me. Particularly the past 3 months.

I am very grateful for this community. It is a saving grace on really tough days and has gotten me through. Thanks for being here. I love you guys!

I'm so thankful that one of the things I love to do most has come back after the year of waiting. Here in Minnesota, we have a strong dog sports community, and they have found a way to efficiently and safely run agility and obedience trials, allowing us to see those friends again, cheer each other on and have fun with our dogs. Slowly, the world is opening up again, and I look forward to the brighter days ahead.

This time in our "COVID isolation" journey feels like the point where, surfing, you feel the wave behind you and begin to move with the ocean. You can feel us moving forward and yet it doesn't seem fast enough at times.

Every single one contains the same notches and tumblers, lock and keys to the heart. Every heart speaks the same beat.

Love is our universal song, as sure as blood and bone encase it.
