So true. And I think it goes beyond busy-ness to distractions. Our phones account for limitless distractions in texts, social media, etc. It can be dangerously easy to drown out any quiet we find with noise and consumption. But when I can be intentional about turning off the phone so I can be present in the moment, I am happier for it.

I am obsessed with the sunrise. I try to rise early - before the business to have time alone with the sun.
I love both. The quiet of the sunrise before my children wake up and the day starts, and the sunset on a Florida beach is always magical
The pause before the sunrise is the most beautiful time of day. Well said, no more anger, just peace for us all. We crave it.
