Tyler, these are such great reminders! I often find myself feeling guilty for not achieving more in a short amount of time, which leads to a vicious cycle of multitasking, distraction and anxiety.

Thank you for sharing these tips for being more present … breathing is such a big one!!!

This is such an important reminder, to always strive to be present in our lives and in each moment. Many of the tips you shared here I have learned through doing yoga over the past few months, especially the breathing and sending awareness through your body. Another good one is when you are trying to meditate or simply clear your mind, don’t try to force thoughts away. Instead, let them come up naturally, acknowledge them, maybe even ponder why they are coming up in your mind, and then try to gently set them aside. I think there’s beauty in acknowledging how you feel, the good and the bad, and giving yourself permission to feel those things.
