Of all seasons, all moods of Mother Nature in her fickleness, it is Autumn I love the most. I love the melancholy that comes with remembering how life started over time and again as the leaves began changing, the way we catapulted into a new year of school, a new phase of life. I love the chill that rides in on Summer’s back, I love the sounds and smells of decay as leaves become soil and soil begins to freeze. I met Sarah one Autumn day in what feels like another life, another reason on a pile of reasons that I am made for Autumn, and I always will be.
I love that I truly take a moment to read your whole posting now. It wasn’t until I read this newsletter this morning that I realized I would frequently read the haiku and move on. I completely resonate with your embodiment of autumn.
I absolutely love getting the emails. It’s so nice not to have to hunt through social media to find your works. You are my inspiration.
Loving the e-mails. A magical way to start the days.
No better way to start my day than with words of love and grace. Thanks, Tyler. Autumn is my favorite season, too! ❤️
Agree with the comments so far - best way to start the day! Autumn for the win!
My favorite season! It's what I miss now, living in the tropics. This is a crisp description that brings it all back.
Loving seeing these emails pop up on my screen...it’s brightened my lunch break as the rain pours down outside and I’m wrapped up and warm inside. I love autumn too. Definitely my favourite season and one I always missed when I lived abroad...
That was beautiful! So looking forward to opening my email and soaking in the inspiration! 👍
I love Autumn! My favorite time as well. And I’m already loving how often you’re popping into my inbox.
"For this is the way of Autumn.
A joyful decomposing.
Death with the promise of rebirth." 10.10.20
Not quite a Haiku, but I love writing little short poems. Here's one from the beginning of October!
Autumn for the win! So happy to reconnect <3
I absolutely love this one. One of the main reasons I signed up as a “founding light chaser” is to get a signed typewriter series print. And also I’m 5 weeks away from finishing my first semester of nursing school during a pandemic and so gave myself the gift of you 🤣
